We work directly with miners that travel to natural sites around the world and cut the crystals directly from the source. Our crystals are high quality, and are chosen with love!

Buyer acknowledges that crystals are a natural substance, formed within the earth, and that different types of crystals, may vary in texture, color, thickness, density or durability for its particular use or purpose. All "raw" crystals are unmanufactured and not touched by machinery. They are natrual occuring from the earth. Therefor they will vary in texture, color, and density.

There are no refunds. This is a sacred spiritual practice that must be respected. The energy cannot be returned to us as we have blessed it specifically for you.

Please provide a safe shipping address. We understand mistakes happen and we will do our best to help you resolve your package needs. We are however not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, re-routed back to sender packages, quantity errors, customer errors in shipping address or email address. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe shipping address for a successful delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS and the police department to file a report. We are not responsible and free of all liabilities of lost and stolen packages. Please note that we ship and email to the address you provide us with. All specials & discounted items are non transferable or eligible to be applied or combined to a new purchase in credit or an upgrade.
